If you are planning on going on one of those diving holidays then I will say before I go on that the likelihood of you being attacked by a shark is very small indeed but there are some sharks out there that have attacked more than others. Another point to make is that 9 times out of 10 the shark will not attack a human knowing they are human and will simply mistake the person as prey. Lets get on with the list!
The Great White
It is safe to say that it is this shark that people are the most afraid of and unprovoked attacks are something that these creatures are pretty famous for. Many scientists have now discovered that the reason that Great Whites do not often go for humans is because when diving they usually travel together and a human has the ability to pull the victim out of the water. A great white will usually come in for a devastating blow and wait for their pretty to be weakened before returning which is why humans can escape.

This shark is also high on the list of the amount of fatal attacks it causes on human beings. The place to find these animals is often in shallow water, just where humans will be swimming which is why contact is going to happen. It would seem that one of the biggest places for these types of attacks is Hawaii and this is because many people actually go looking for them as they believe the eyes of the shark are sacred.
The bull shark is one of those creatures that does not like another animal in their territory and humans are one of these, they will attack.
